Shipping and Returns
We hope you love your purchase! But, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund within 14 days. We'll be sad, but we understand. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll email you a prepaid USPS label right away. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
Legal Jargon: All returns returned must not show any wear and must be unwashed. Please include your packing slips when possible. We are not responsible for missing or undelivered returns. Returned garment must be intact in sellable condition. Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 3 days of receiving. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange or refund is processed. We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund the card you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise.
We will ship products in a reasonable timeframe, normally within 24-48 hours. If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination. We ship via USPS included in our free shipping for all domestic orders and returns. FedEx is available upon request for an additional charge. We will ship via FedEx at no additional charge if USPS does not ship to your address. International shipping is charged at the rate during checkout.
