RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase! But, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund within 14 days. 

Legal Jargon: All returns returned must not show any wear and must be unwashed. Please include your packing slips when possible. We are not responsible for missing or undelivered returns. Returned garment must be intact in sellable condition. Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 3 days of receiving. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange or refund is processed. We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund the card you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We will ship products in a reasonable timeframe, normally within 24-48 hours. All items that we sell online are stocked at our factory in New Jersey.  At times, we won't have the item available but we carry the fabric in stock.  Please allow us 5 days to prepare your item.  If it is a rush please let us know and we will expedite the sewing and washing of your purchase.
